Pictured breaks upon arrival must be reported with pictures within 3 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, due to inventory and availability, I may not have a suitable replacement to send in the incident of breakage. 

Also, because of the breakability of the material and handmade nature of these products (we'd be shipping them at least twice!), once the product has shipped out there are no returns.

Product ships within 7-10 business days of purchase! If you need it sooner, contact the artist at nikita.raper@gmail.com prior to purchase in order to discuss the possibility for special accommodations. (No guarantees I can make them.)

If you choose the special pickup option you must know me personally and you must be willing to work with me on getting the product to you!
